Rich Higgins is a macroeconomist with research interests that are both theoretical and empirical. He is particularly interested in the connection between the financial sector and the real economy. His economics teaching interests include macroeconomics, money and banking, and monetary policy. He also teaches about statistics and fly fishing in the Core.
