Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020, provided a rare opportunity to celebrate in a challenging year. On that evening, 324 early decision applicants became the inaugural members of the ĢƵ Class of 2025.

In an election year with historic voter turnout, ĢƵ organizations mobilized to help register new voters, encourage students to vote in Madison County, and create easy access to polling sites.
ĢƵ is an inaugural member of a new consortium of liberal arts colleges and universities finding creative solutions for addressing issues of racial equity and diversity on campus.
As part of its Native American Heritage Month celebrations, ĢƵ’s ALANA Cultural Center hosted a virtual panel on “Experiences of the Pandemic in the Native Americas” on Nov. 2.
Oct. 19–23, Career Services hosted Career Exploration Week, a large-scale virtual program connecting more than 500 current students with 575 alumni volunteers.
